CONTENTS

How do leading companies align business ideals, management strategies, and actions?
Most companies in Japan understand how important ideals and values are to success. Nevertheless, most still fail to align their ideals with strategies and actions.
When we look to the excellent companies around the world, not only is their purpose (why they exist) crystal-clear, their concept, strategies and actions are all unified. However, these companies didn’t do it alone. They partnered with purpose-driven management consultants to clarify their purpose and activate it across their enterprise.
Joined by Justin Lee, a purpose-driven management specialist based in US, SMO Inc. will share with you case studies not only from US but also from Japan about the importance and role of business purpose.
